1. Introduction

By engaging with Beauty con Amor (“Company”) through our website, social media, booking systems, or SMS/text message campaigns, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy (“Policy”). Beauty con Amor is located in McAllen, Texas, and represented by DMD, aka Digital Marketing Doctors (“Agency”).

2. Privacy & Data Use

• We collect your name, phone number, email, and booking details when voluntarily provided.

• Your information is used for appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, promotional offers, and service reminders.

• We do not sell or rent your information. Your data may only be shared with trusted partners (e.g., booking software, payment processors) to deliver requested services.

• Ad campaigns comply with applicable privacy laws and platform data protocols.

• Sensitive personal data is not transmitted for targeting. Users may opt-out of targeting or communications where applicable. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

• Campaigns comply with privacy laws (including TCPA and GDPR where applicable).

3. SMS/Text & Platform Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text communications from Beauty con Amor and our agency representative.

• Message Types: Appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, promotions, and salon updates.

• Message & data for standard carrier rates may apply.

  Opting out does not affect your ability to receive non-marketing or transactional messages.

Beauty Con Amor and DMD are not liable for delays, carrier blocks, platform changes, or ad/message rejections outside our control.

4. Compliance with Carrier & LC Phone Requirements

• All communications comply with CTIA guidelines, A2P 10DLC registration, and carrier rules.

• Brand identification (“Beauty con Amor”) appears in all outbound text messages.

• Unauthorized use of our number or systems is prohibited.

5. Security & Liability

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Beauty con Amor and Digital Marketing Doctors are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays or undelivered messages.

• Unauthorized access to your device or phone number.

• Technical issues outside our control.

6. Service Policies (Salon Standard)

• Appointments: Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in rescheduling or abbreviated services.

• Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

• Special Offers: Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Gift Cards & Prepaid Services: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used before expiration dates.
